Welcome to Quick Tool (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web pages located at quicktoolapp.com operated by Flemer Marketing sp.z o o.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Please read it here quicktoolapp.com/privacy-policy

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at qs.work.ruslan@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at.

Billing and payments

Payment methods

The subscription to the plan and to the addons is payable by credit or debit card (Visa, Discover Card, Mastercard, American Express). The Customer’s card number and expiry date are entered on an encrypted server which ensures the security and confidentiality of the data.

quicktool.app cannot be held liable in case of fraudulent use of the payment methods used.

Upon receipt of the subscription and/or options request, a request to debit the bank account will be sent to the paying agency. The subscription and/or options will be regarded as being concluded upon receipt of the authorisation to debit the account from the paying agency.

Electron, Maestro, e-CB and pre-paid CB cards are not accepted;

Invoice

The Customer is billed:

  • Every month on the anniversary date of the subscription in the case of a monthly subscription;
  • Once per annum on the anniversary date of the subscription in the case of an annual subscription.

Invoices are generated in the name of the Customer and are accessible exclusively through the application. Customers may view and download their invoices at any time by navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab located within the ‘Settings’ menu of the application. Please be advised, we do not dispatch invoices, or any related billing communications, to Customers via email or any other external communication methods. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review their invoices and billing details within the application.

Payment

For payments by debit card or credit card, the Customer will be charged the pre-defined sum automatically every month, until they cancel the subscription and/or options in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Terms of Service.

Non-payment/Late payment

If the bank rejects a card transaction or a different payment method is refused, the subscription and/or options will not be final and the Customer shall be responsible for contacting the customer services department of quicktool.app to pay for the subscription and/or options using another payment method.

In addition, if necessary, AdCreative.ai reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription and/or the options without being held liable. Where applicable, payments to be made up to the anniversary date of the subscription and/or of the options will be payable immediately.

Data Collection and Use, Security

  • Protection of Customer Data. We will implement and maintain reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Data. We will store your Customer Data in a specific location or geographical region (e.g., North America or Europe) as part of your subscription, subject to the terms of this Agreement. We and our Affiliates may transfer Customer Data (including Personal Data) to the United States in connection with the Services. To the extent we process Personal Data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and/or Switzerland or other Personal Data that is subject to the protection of Data Protection Laws, the applicable EU or UK Standard Contractual Clauses will apply as set out in a data protection addendum (DPA) between the Parties.
  • No Sensitive Information. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES ARE NOT DESIGNED TO PROCESS OR MANAGE SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND YOU AGREE NOT TO USE THE SERVICES TO UPLOAD, COLLECT, MANAGE OR PROCESS SENSITIVE INFORMATION. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES TO UPLOAD, COLLECT, MANAGE OR PROCESS SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
  • Usage Data. We may collect, use, share and disclose Usage Data for various purposes, including without limitation for calculation of Fees, coverage analysis, monitoring activities and improvement of the Services. “Usage Data” means data (excluding Customer Data) (i) that is generated from you or your Additional Users’ use of the Services, (ii) which does not comprise Personal Data, (iii) which is collected by us solely on an aggregated, anonymized basis, and (iv) which does not allow us or any third party to determine that su
  • Machine Learning. We may use Customer Data in an anonymized manner for machine learning, in order to support and improve the Services.
  • Security Incidents. If a Party discovers that a Security Incident has occurred, that Party will notify the other Party promptly (and in any event within 72 hours) unless otherwise prohibited by law or otherwise instructed by a law enforcement or supervisory authority. In addition to providing such notice, the notifying Party will promptly take reasonable steps to investigate and mitigate the effects of the Security Incident.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through Service. quicktool.app has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
